These terms govern your use of bayeseon.com (the "Site") and the Bayeseon platform (the "Service"). By using either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Don't share them. Notify us at security@bayeseon.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to break the law.
• Don't reverse engineer, copy, or compete with the Service.
• Don't probe or attack the Service. Authorized security research is welcome via the channel above.

Your content

You own the models, priors, evidence, and posteriors you create. You grant us a limited license to host them so the Service works. We don't use your content to train models we sell to anyone else.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers

The Service helps you make calibrated decisions. It does not make them for you and does not guarantee outcomes. Treat its outputs as inputs, not as oracles. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
