Privacy policy
This policy explains what Bayeseon ("we", "us") collects when you use bayeseon.com (the "Site") and the Bayeseon platform (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. Names, work emails, company names, and messages you submit through forms on the Site. Account information you provide when you sign up for the Service.
Usage data. Cookieless analytics from Vercel Analytics — visited pages, referrer, and approximate region. No personal identifiers.
Service data. Models, priors, evidence, and posteriors you create or upload to the Service. Treated as confidential and never used to train models we sell to anyone else.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and run the Service.
- To improve the Site and Service.
- To send transactional email related to your request or account.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We share it with the minimum set of vendors needed to run the business — hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and bot mitigation (Cloudflare). Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@bayeseon.com. If you're in the EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA that we honor on the same channel.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. We're SOC 2 Type II in progress. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@bayeseon.com.
Cookies
The Site does not set any cookies at this time. The Service uses a small number of essential, first-party cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we make material changes we'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date.
